MUFFIN TOPS & “GOOD ENOUGH”

Show Notes

Are you feeling the midlife muffin top? Do you want to manage it, but don't want to get sucked into diet fads? Do you know about the “shimmy & squat” technique for “tucking in your muffin top”? Are you feeling overwhelmed by crazy workouts? It’s time to find your “good enough” in midlife!

This week, I use my golden sh*t shovel to dig deep into body weight, body image and muffin top “growth & management” in midlife, in a minisode called, Muffin Tops & “Good Enough”. I talk about what I call the “good enough” philosophy and how it is not about accepting mediocrity, but giving yourself reasonable goals. We don’t have to become super skinny or eat healthy 24/7…but we do have to take accountability in the lifestyles we choose, while enjoying life. What are you willing to put more work into or cut back on? Some of us will pick eating cleaner, some of us will pick more exercise, while some might do both or neither. It’s all about finding balance peeps! What is your “good enough” in midlife? What does your “good enough” look like & feel like?

This minisode is part of the Fun Midlife Sh*t Quickie Minisode Series. This new minisode series is highlighting resonating & edgy midlife sh*t from my IG, solos, and short pop in guests on stuff we are all thinking about, but maybe too embarrassed to ask…and, of course, more random stream of consciousness rants with loads of sarcasm, relatable humor mixed with expert info. Why would you skip?
