I did my first ever Instagram live with Jessica Barac, from the IG Instagram account @whatthemenopause, that she has built into a place for women to feel seen, validated and celebrated in menopause and midlife. Jessica is a former athlete and registered nurse. We discussed everything from finding and re-inventing yourself in midlife to empty nesting, health, and of course my free workshop “Let’s Talk Midlife”.
